Hey all!

Its been too long since I blogged, and so i've decided to start it up again.

Its been 2 years since I've blogged and much has changed since then. My life, my situation, my occupation, and most importantly, my mindset has changed.

I've started to desire to live more for others, (started is the key word, selfishness is still key in my life), I've realized the money is not my own, and as Jesus states in Matthew 6:19-21: ¹⁹"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. ²⁰But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. ²¹For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

I believe my heart is with using what wealth i have (or lack thereof) to raise people. I want to see people change and transform for Jesus. I want what little I have to become a tool used to bring people, especially my youth kids to understand what it means to receive a free gift, maybe showing them a glimpse of grace. Money comes and goes, but as Jesus said, only wealth stored up in heaven is permanent and everything else is fleeting.


So i may never be wealthy in this world, but I know that my crown of righteousness is in heaven, as Paul states in 2 Timothy 4. I want to be like him and say in my last moments, "I have ran that race, I have fought the good fight."
